Abstract
The condusive political and economic condition in the last few year and the avaibility of the goverment programs through the Ministry of Industry’s machining restructurization, especially in the tekstil and textile-related industries. This would improve the industry in the long term. This research methodology used analytical description. Based on this fact, the writer is trying to make some simulation of the production process as a picture of investment by measuring the feasibility through several methods like payback period, NPV, IRR. And the result showed that the machinery investment worth to do cause of the positive result. It is expected to help the unit manager to make the decision for the future investment process.
