Abstract
Good governance for a firm purpose of this study was to exam in whether the implementation of Good Corporate Governance effect on corporate performance. Indicators of good corporate governance are: transparency, independence, accountability, responsibility, fairness. The population in this study is in the management of PT. INTI, based on the questionnaire that was distributed in 16 respondents obtained from the company.The results of this study is the implementation of Good Corporateat the company performed well and have an in fluence on company performance.
