Abstract
Companies studied are PT. Kertasari Food, located at Jln. Astana Anyar No. 141, Bandung. The title of this research is the "Influence of the Balanced Scorecard Implementation of Employee Conduct at PT. Kertasari Food ". Balanced scorecard at the company's performance from four perspectives are financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The author uses descriptive research method with Linear Regression analysis. Data obtained through interviews, documentation, dissemination of questionnaires, the research literature and internet research. In the financial perspective, PT. Kertasari Food not liquid, the percentage of Acid Test Ratio for 2007 and 2008 of 81.52% and 87.01%. Percentage of Debt to Assets in 2007 and 2008 of 42.72% and 44.05% indicate most firms assets financed with own capital. Return on Assets increased from 33.16% to 35.66%, demonstrated the ability to produce good profit already. Customer perspective, the number of subscribers increased 20.77%. In the internal business process perspective, process innovation is important, the percentage of 84%, the operation and after sales service is very important, the percentage of 88.9% and 88.83%. In the learning and growth perspective, employee participation and motivation, learning and compatible is a very important thing, the percentage of 88.75% and 85.5%. Employee productivity and information systems are important, the percentage of 81.5% and 76%. Significant value of 0.000 � 0.05, the balanced scorecard implementation have a significant effect on employee behavior PT. Kertasari Food. Adjusted R Square value of 0.301 means 30.1% of employees work behavior PT. Kertasari Food influenced by the application of balanced scorecard and 69.9% influenced by other factors.
