Abstract
The author discusses the issue of whether there is a correlation between internal audit with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance of research at PT. PINDAD (Persero). The purpose of writing this essay is to determine whether or not there is a correlation between internal audit with the application of Good Corporate Governance conducted in one of government in Bandung, namely PT. PINDAD. The methodology used is descriptive method by collecting data ini accordance with the actual situation, and provides an overview and analysis of the existing problem. While research using case study approach, meaning that the research done on one object of research. Based on the results of research, there is a correlation between internal audit with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, the magnitude of this relationship is 56.10% with a strong correlation between the degree of correlation that is equal to 0.749. Finally, a conclusion can be drawn that the existence of a strong correlation between internal audit with the application of Good Corporate Governance on research PT. PINDAD (Persero).
