Abstract
本论文的内容是关于玛大文学院来自万隆的印尼华族的大学生与非华族大学生的同化。玛大是一所学生多样化的大学。虽然是以印尼华族为多数的大学，但也有很多非华族大学生在玛大学习。因此想要实现和睦相处的校园交流生活的话，就需要同化。不过玛大文学院来自万隆的印尼华族与非华族大学生也不是完全能够达到同化。还有一些大学生没达到同化。这种现象是由于一些辅助及阻碍因素而产生的。通过同化辅助及阻碍因素的谈论，本论文提出了一些建议来解决玛大的同化问题。
