Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah peran controller telah berfungsi secara memadai dan apakah controller berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam mendukung efektivitas pengendalian internal gaji pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 responden secara acak (random sampling) di PT Manohara Asri dan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh controller terhadap efektivitas pengendalian internal gaji. Hasilnya Ho ditolak maka terdapat pengaruh antara controller terhadap efektivitas pengendalian internal gaji dan controller di PT Manohara Asri telah berfungsi secara memadai.
