Abstract

Limited facilities and infrastructure which supports accommodation for tourists who travel and visit Bandung, running a chance of great potential in tourism. Therefore, opening a Boutique Hotel is a precise choice to accommodate the tourists. High level of demand for services such as hotel accommodation, has selected the concept of Boutique hotel with neoclassical theme. This is because there is only one boutique hotel in Bandung nowadays. The location chosen for the boutique hotel in Bandung located on Jl. Setiabudhi. Facilities at the hotel boutique covers lodging, dining, business and sports as well. Therefore, the facilities are suitable for upper middle class and are also located in commercial areas. Application of concepts in the design space can be seen from many forms of furniture, floor pattern, color selection, and the atmosphere of space. For furniture, the majority of geometrically shaped by neo-classical ornament. While the ambience is achieved from monochrome color indicating the level of a space exclusively
