Abstract
Salary and fee which passed to a workingwoman or employees is represent compensation form which passed by company for employees performance. Other function of salary and fee also can give motivation for employees performance, so that the company claimed to give fee and salary to correct employees in number and when correct. Labor Law No. 13/2003 regulation which made by Government to arrange rights and obligation labor and also entrepreneur employing his employees. In order to avoid the things which can harm employees goodness, workingwoman and also entrepreneur. Wrong or incomplete Remuneration note and disagree with Labor Law No.13, not only complicate decision making, but also can result detention and penalty. Go together the mentioned, hence can pulled conclusion that accounting system information remunerating and remuneration can support accuracy of result of enumeration salary and fee. Research conducted at PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (INTI) in producing goods and ervices for the infrastructure development of telecommunication.
