Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderating. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 40 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2017. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah data sekunder (secondary data) yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan strategi arsip (archival). Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah program Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). Berdasarkan pengujian didapat bahwa corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 18.6%. Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 18.7%. Good corporate governance memoderasi corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 18.8%.
