Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of empowerement and competensy on employee performance in PT.Moradi Bandung. The method used in this study used descriptive-verification approach in which research investigate empowerement, competensy, and employee performance based on the data. This study use non-probabilty sampling that gives an oppurtunity or an opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected into the sample. Sampling technique used is total sampling so that the data obtained more respresentatif because it uses some consideration and adjust to the target population were adapted to the purpose or research problems. The data used in this research is the primary data is the data collected by using questionaire. The reslut of this study shows that empowerement and competensy simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Empowerement have a no significant effect on employee performance partially. Competensy have a significant effect on employee performance.
