Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara iklim organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Multi Garmenjaya dan PDAM Tirta Raharja Cabang Cimahi Pusat. Sebanyak seratus empat puluh lima kuesioner disebarkan, dengan tingkat pengembalian 75,86 persen. Uji outliers, validitas, reliabilitas, deskriptif dan korelasi, dan “fit” dilakukan sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan tiga dari enam hipotesis tidak didukung secara statistik. Keterbatasan dan saran untuk penelitian ini dibahas secara baik.
