Abstract
Every organization in this world has its own unique culture. It seems that each of them has changed from their old culture to new culture. One of countries who as a unique culture is South Korea. South Korea is a good example for change movement. They passed a hard financial crisis in 1997 and amazingly has recovered in 2 years. This paper will describe the role of change management in organization, especially organizational behavior in Korea.
