Abstract
Pengelolaan perencanaan operasional dibutuhkan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat terlaksana dengan baik, laporan ini berisi hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan framework COBIT 5 yang tepatnya pada proses DSS01 – Mengelola operasional. Kegiatan analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah operasional yang dilakukan perusahaan telah sesuai dengan perencanaan. Penilaian capability level yang dilakukan, perusahaan mencapai level 2. PT.POS sudah memiliki standar prosedur operasional dan rencana kerja yang teridentifikasi, terukur, dan dilaporkan.
