Abstract

Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Maranatha memiliki Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang tidak sedikit dalam menjalankan setiap proses yang dimiliki. Seiring berjalannya waktu, dibutuhkan update pada SOP yang berjalan. Update tersebut selain mengupdate SOP yang berjalan juga notasi yang digunakan sekarang menggunakan BPMN dari notasi yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan Flowchar.t Pembuatan BPMN sendiri akan dilandaskan pada teori dan software BPMN Bizagi. Fakultas Teknologi Informasi juga membuat SOP yang ada dengan menggunakan tampilan berbasis Web dan menampilkan Timeline satu tahun program kerja, sehingga lebih mudah untuk disimpan dan untuk dibaca. Karena tampilan yang berbasis Web, Timeline SOP akan dibagi menjadi 3 Layer Utama. Dimana setiap layer memiliki fungsi dan perincian masing – masing.
