Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine whether adversity quotient (AQ) affects employee’s performance positively. The survey is done at Holiday Inn Bandung. The subjects of this study are 64 Holiday Inn Bandung's employees. The outliers, validity, reliability, descriptive statistic and interconstruct correlation tests were conducted before hypothesis is tested. The linier regression analysis was used to examine the hypothesis and it was in condition supported. The result shows that adversity quotient influences employee’s performance positively. The implications of this study were discussed and the suggested research will be advanced during the process.
