Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah perencanaan karir mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan di Hotel Kedaton Bandung. Para responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tingkat bawah. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 responden. Pengujian validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis faktor sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir tidak mempengaruhi motivasi kerja.
