Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Self-Regulation pada siswa pengurus OSIS “Hebron” SMP BPK PENABUR HOLIS Bandung. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan pada 38 responden siswa pengurus OSIS “Hebron” SMP BPK PENABUR HOLIS Bandung sebanyak 57 item. Adapun yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Self-Regulation. Perhitungannya menggunakan norma kelompok. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Siswa pengurus OSIS “Hebron” memiliki derajat Self-Regulation yang tinggi. Siswa pengurus OSIS “Hebron” berhasil melewati fase Forethought, fase Performance atau Volitional Control, dan fase Self-Reflection.
