Abstract
One of many ways that company can do to know their condition and achievement by company are by analyzed company financial report. Writer researched in PT. Bumi Resources Tbk, a company that move in mining. Study was conducted to determine financial performance of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk and analyze the relationship of Altman Z-Score to stock Price of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk. Data collection method is the method of documentation and literature. Data obtained in the form of secondary data. Secondary data were used is PT. Bumi Resources Tbk financial statements during period 2008-2011 As a result of analysis conducted, showing that the performance and financial position of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk in 2008-2011 can be said to be less good at running the company. But seen from the ratio of liquidity and activity ratios, in 2010 the company meets its short term obligation and manage its assets in generating sales. In addition, the result show that in 2008-2011, PT. Bumi Resources Tbk indicated bancrupty as influeced by X2 condition that depends on the magnitude of loss and X4 which are dependent on the amount of liability. From SPSS data proccesing, it was concluded tha H0 is accepted, that there was no correlation between model Altman Z-Score and the stock price.
