Abstract
Employee accident rate in Indonesia has still relatively high. This suggests that in Indonesia, the level of awareness of the industrial sector health and safety is low, beside of employees are an important asset in the company. One of the real impact of the lack in health and safety management systems work by the company, resulting in reduced levels of work productivity. With regard to this phenomenon, this research attempts to analyze the positive effect of health management systems and safety on work productivity. By using a total of 42 employees of PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung that is in production as part of the subject and the object of this study, which is conducted through multiple linear regression analysis; This study found that health and safety management systems work significantly positive effect on labor productivity.
