Abstract
The research was done to test the influence of transformasional leadership felt by the employees of Mini Market “X” in Karawang. Toward employees job motivayion. Data were collected through direct survey to 40 respondents, with the return rate 100% . From the analisys of correlation bivariate peason and regression was found that the value of R2= 0.611. Two hypothesis in this study were supported. The first and second hypothesis were shown that there were correlation between transformational leadership and employee job motivation.
