Abstract
Tugas akhir akan dibahas mengenai analisis sistem informasi Pos Indonesia Online (PIOL) pada PT Pos Indonesia menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengingkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem di perusahaan,analisis COBIT 4.1 dilakukan pada DS5 Ensure System Security, DS7 Educate and Train Users, DS10 Manage Problems, DS11 Manage Data,DS13 Manage Operations. Data diperoleh dari wawancara terhadap PIC Pos Indonesia, pedoman teknis, panduan pelaksanaan pengguna, dan dokumen yang terkait. Diharapkan dengan adanya pembuatan laporan ini akan membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kinerja sistem.
