Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan modern seperti servant, transformational, dan transactional leadership begitu diminati saat ini. Karena diyakini dapat membawa perubahan bagi kemajuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh transactional, transformational, dan servant leadership terhadap job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Dengan menggunakan populasi sebanyak 30 karyawan Distro God Incorporated sebagai subyek dan obyek penelitian ini, yang diuji melalui analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, dan transformational leadership secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction.
