Abstract

Employee capability make by intelligence. Emotional intelligence is ability countrol and monitoring self and people feeling and use of feeling to manage mind and action. Emotional intelligence very need to success in work and to output good performance in occupation. Ability countrol emotional employee be influence employee performance. The meaning of explanatory, I be research for know influence Emotional intelligence to employee performance at PT. Sanbe Farma Jl. Hegarmanah No. 18 Bandung. After research Emotional intelligence influence value signifikan 62,5% to to employee performance and the rest value 37,5% influence which not factor in this research. Because big value factor Emotional intelligence so I have suggestion to PT. Sanbe Farma Jl. Hegarmanah No. 18 Bandung, be priority Emotional intelligence in process recuitment with good situation culture company. I also have suggestion to management make standard operational prosedure so distinct. Thereby hope to output good employee performance.
