Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine Store Atmosphere affects customer loyalty. Tests performed by spreading 200 questionnaires to the customers of Solaria Restaurant in Bandung, which is considered in compliance with the provisions to be analyzed. Characteristics used are easily observed characteristics such as gender, age, and had never visited the restaurant Solaria. The method of analysis used is a simple regression analysis and data collection methods used in the form of survey methods. This type of research used by researchers is a descriptive analysis and verification. Descriptive analysis is a type of research that aims to obtain a description of the characteristics of the variables (elements of store atmosphere and level of customer loyalty). In this study, the authors performed a simple regression test using SPSS version 17, which stores the results of the regression test atmosphere of customer loyalty results Y = 0.497 + 0.191 X with α ≤ 0.05. This can be seen from the adjusted R square is equal to 0.439 or 43.9% affect customer loyalty and the balance of 56.1% influenced by other factors.
