Abstract
Kaskus is the largest virtual community site forum and the number one in Indonesia and its users is called with Kaskuser. Kaskus was born on November 6, 1999 by three young men from Indonesia that is Andrew Dervish, Ronald Stephen, and Budi Dharmawan, who is continuing studies in Seattle, USA. This site is managed by PT Darta Media Indonesia. Kaskus, which stands for Kasak Kusuk, starts from the hobby of a small community that later evolved to the present. Kaskus visited by at least 600 thousand people, with the number of page views exceeding 15 million every day. Until now Kaskus already has more than 320 million posts. Objectives to be accomplished by author in the conduct of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction with customer loyalty in the buying / selling forum in Kaskus. In my research there is influence of customer satisfaction with customer loyalty in the forum buying / selling Kaskus. Having done the analysis and calculations using regression, Kaskus can be said to have a good market to trade through the Internet, because users of Kaskus every day increased. And the results of the research I do there is the influence of customer satisfaction with customer loyalty by 22.28% while the remaining 77.72% influenced By other factors not measured in this study.
