Abstract
Labor productivity is often the problem faced by the company. Thus, to handle the decline in labor productivity, the role of a leader is needed. Every leader has their own style of leading, so that if the leadership style that is applied right, then the expected labor productivity has increased. The purpose of this study to determine how much influence the leadership style on employee productivity. In this study using 135 samples by using the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by disseminating a questionnaire to employees of PT. Source Rejeki Jabar. Research conducted a research that is descriptive and explanatory. Descriptive research aims to analyze the variables with each of the activities described in the study. While the study aims to determine the effect explanations between two or more variables. Analysis used in this study a simple regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical processing of the data obtained for R² is 0.513, the value indicates the ability of leadership style variables affecting labor productivity variable for the remaining 51.3% and 48.7% for influenced by other factors. While other factors that affect productivity include: productivity management, mental attitude, environment and climate, outstanding opportunities, an effort to advance, a good relationship.
