Abstract

Work performance is the result of that achieved by an employee in carrying out the tasks assigned and charged to them. One of the factors that affect the work performance is the company's culture but the current corporate culture is often overlooked by companies. With regard to this, then this study was conducted to determine how much influence the corporate culture of employee performance. .In this research using descriptive research methods and explanations. Collecting samples of 156 samples by using the method of proportionate stratified random sampling by using the test validity, reliability, and simple regression tests. Data collection is done by disseminating a questionnaire to the PT. Nojorono Kudus. From the known results for R 2 is 0.236, the value indicates the ability of cultural variables affect the performance variables for the remaining 23.6% and 76.4% for influenced by other factors of leadership, motivations, individual factors, environmental factors the company, employee selection, employee loyalty.
