Abstract

Penulisan ini berlatar belakang, bahwa sekarang semakin majunya usaha digital printing di Bandung serta ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan digital printing di Bandung. Hal ini membuat penulis tertarik untuk membahas apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal yang diteliti adalah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan jasa Digital Printing PIXEL, yang respondennya diambil dari pelanggan jasa Digital Printing PIXEL yaitu mahasiswa mahasiswi Universitas Kristen Maranatha yang pernah menggunakan jasa Digital Printing PIXEL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan jasa Digital Printing PIXEL mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan.
