Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap service quality pada customer service di Grapari Telkomsel Jalan Banda Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 45 responden dan seluruhnya kembali. Penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi sebesar 0.683 yang artinya terdapat korelasi yang cukup berarti. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan kecerdasan emosi mempengaruhi service quality sebesar 45,3% dan sisanya sebesar 54,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
