Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh shift kerja terhadap stress kerja di Djoeroe Masak Bandung. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 50 responden dan sebanyak 45 kuesioner kembali dengan tingkat pengembalian 90%. Dari studi deskriptif yang telah dilakukan diketahui tingkat shift kerja di restoran Djoeroe Masak Bandung cukup tinggi dan stress kerja karyawan di restoran Djoeoroe Masak Bandung dalam katagori cukup stress. Dari satu hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa shift kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap stress kerja karyawan.
