Abstract
Sales is one of the important part from activity business, to increase effectivity and efficiency in sales is necessary to do operational audit.The operational audit is a audit that have a purpose to judge the efficiency and effectivity company, are: 1) judge the achievement 2) identified the chance to improvement 3) make some recommendation to improvement or next activity. The research has been held in PT. PUSAKA NUSANTARA that located on Jl. Kinanti No. 14a, Bandung. The main purpose of this research are a) to known the sale policy b) to known the internal controlling about selling function a company c) to known the role of maintenance as a tools to increase the effectivity and efficiency activity. Research data source is the important factor to consider data. This data source has been separated by primary data and secondary data. Primary data is a data that has been get directly, and secondary data, a data that get by mediator. The researcher use observation method. Observation is a process of subject, object, and systematic thing without a question from population habit quotation. Operational audit it’s the factor to get effectivity and efficiency. Audit operational PT. PUSAKA NUSANTARA have been efficien to help find weakness in sales, but not effectif because not control spread all over.
