Abstract
The role of operational audit in a company has been purposed to push the effectivity and eficiency that include purpose, target, and organizational procedures. Operational auditor have to follow some procedures of a case with fully responsible to discover and give some information to the management about various operation problem. The real purpose is to help management solving various problems with recommended various act that necessary. The research has been held in CV. Anugrah Putra Banten that located on Jl. Ahmad Yani, Cilegon. The main purpose of this research are a) to known the sale policy b) to known the internal controlling about selling function a company c) to known the role of maintenance as a tools to increase the effectivity and efficiency activity. The research was conducted by using descriptive method of analysis, the authors collected data by conducting field studies through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The data is then analyzed and made comparisons handle links by theory and literature that have been studied authors. Based on the questionnaire calculation with method Champion, found that the role of operational audit of 80.61%, the author concluded that the operational examination was instrumental in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of sales activities of CV. Anugrah Putra Banten.
