Abstract
Developments in the field of health is one important part of national development. Emergency hospital should be able to provide service excellence and quality, both in terms of service, maintenance and also provides excellent facilities for patients that are created productivity for a company or hospital. Employees of service productivity measurement is used as a management tool to analyze and promote efficiency. Author conducted this study to determine the relationship between management control system, the productivity of service emergency room (ER) Adventist Hospital. This research uses descriptive analytical method. Primary data were collected through field research at the Adventist Hospital, while the secondary data obtained through library research. The result showed that a significant difference between the Management Control System on Productivity Services. Work productivity of employees can be regarded as something to be desired in relation to effectiveness.
