Abstract

Along grows it epoch and technology, every company claimed to make provision against the development. One thing which must be paid attention company is is improvement of sale yielded by company has a good way causing can reach purpose of main a company. Therefore, to yield service that is with quality, company must do good operation that sale yielded also earns as wanted. If operation done is good hence level of expense of marketing happened deductible early possibly. Operation of Marketing is done as a mean to controls corporate activity, increases sale, and takes care of service yielded with quality. So, operation of marketing plays a part is important in every corporate activity. Besides also product or service yielded by company is reflection success of company in doing its the production business. Writer does research at PT. X having location in Bandung about operation of policy cost center (marketing) and improvement of sale. PT. X is privat enterprise which active in service. In PT. X, operation of marketing is done to advertising and exhibition. From result of research, obtained level of expense of marketing is height exceeding sale done. PT. X still be unfavourable implements operation of policy cost center (marketing) in every activities company so that improvement of sale also doesn't signifikan.
