Abstract

Each company, of course, expect that the resulting products and services in accordance with the goals which they expect by way of combining all available resources. The most important asset that must be owned company is a human being as an employee who worked at the company. In order for employees to work as much as possible so that the motivation needed to give good results for the company. To motivate, companies need to create a system of management control, human resources (compensation) that is given routinely. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the implementation of management control systems, human resources (compensation) of employee motivation. Research using hypothesis testing. Samples were taken using simple random sampling method. The statistical methods used are simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the company has implemented management control systems, human resources (compensation) with quite good and this system contribute positively to employee motivation.
