Abstract
The competition in business world today is increasingly tight and remains competitive. The impact from this problem is Management strived to optimum all activities in the business. The solution taked management for bring it into reality, management must be repair human resources quality with providing to employees. If given compensation is considered adequate so it will emerge job satisfaction in employee’s self. This study uses simple regression tests as data analysis model. At 5% significance level of t test results show that compensation affect job satisfaction with the value of sig. for 0.000, with adjusted R Square 0.653 or 65.3% .
