Abstract
The human factor was to be the most important the operational activity of a company. The Wahana Mitra Kencana co-operative (WAMIK) that moved sector the financial service realised the role of this factor, because this factor became the supportive subject the activity whole in his company. So was needed by system to arrange the problem of the company's personnel. The personnel's system in the Wahana Mitra Kencana Co-operative (WAMIK) would in implementation the form of the application program database was based on the computer. This system was made by using the programming language of Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, and to database used PostgreSQL 8.0, as well as for the design report used Crystal Report. Results of this Human Resource planning of the application program covered several modules, including the existence of the employee's request from the work unit that needed, the selection of the applicant who filled the criterion, the interview process, made the employee's work contract for that passed interview, the maintenance of the employee's data as well as the extension of the work contract for the potential employee.
