Abstract

这篇论文的题目是“玛拉拿达基督教大学的年轻一代华人工作兴趣的变迁”。 研究者写这篇论文的目的是为了了解年轻一代华人对工作兴趣的变迁现象，然 后找出造成了这变迁的内在和外在因素。 研究抽样是玛拉拿达基督教大学年轻一代华人从 8 个学院之间的未毕业生和住在万隆的62 岁以上的老一代华人。 研究者对抽样分调查表和采访，用阐明定性的方法做分析。在这个方法，研究 者把提供信息人分析得很深以及把这现象用词解释得具体。而这研究结果表明已经发生了老一代和年轻一代的不同内在和外在因素就造成了玛拉拿达基督教大学的年轻一代华人工作兴趣的变迁”。
