Abstract

The purposes of this research are: First, to know compensation program has been implemented to sales force, motivation level of sales force, and sales target achievements; Second, to know sales force opinion about compensation program has been implemented; Third, to know compensation effect to sales force motivation and sales target achievements. Data of this research have been analyzed with descriptive analysis and statistic analysis. In descriptive analysis, researcher compare compensation program has been implemented and theories. Statistic analysis in this research is simple regression analysis. Simple regression analysis indicates that compensation has effect to motivation 31, 8% and compensation has effect to target achievements 17, 2%. Significant test (t test) indicates that the two of hypothesis has accepted. It’s mean that Compensation variable has significant effect to Sales Force Motivation in PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi and Compensation variable has significant effect to Sales Target Achievements. Result of this research can be conclude that compensation program has been implemented in PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi fairly well, motivation level appraised adverse, and sales target achievements well.
