Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know impact of return on assets (ROA), earningss per share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Dividend Yield are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2008-2011. The research hypothesis was analyzed using multiple regression method, and the F test and t test with significance level of 5%. The results indicate partial EPS & DER influence on dividend Yield. While ROA has no effect on dividend Yield. Simultaneously show that ROA, EPS, and DER influence on Dividend Yield.
