Abstract
One of the most absolute elements in e-commerce is none other than the customer. Being the party that involves the most in the business process, customer has their own view of what is to be called products and services. In the eye of customer, products and service can be theoritically categorized in several classification. Most of all, products and services is the main headlines on a manner called customer experience. Customer experience is an abstract piece regarding the satisfactory of customer. The satisfaction of customer produce a certain necessity towards providing better goods and service.Customer satisfaction is the key to produce a major success in the e-commerce work system.
