This research is also complemented by a literature approach in the form of Indonesian legal literature and legal journals to answer the problems raised in this paper. The conclusion that can be drawn are: many victims of sexual crimes do not realize or understand the appropriate legal actions to be able to involve themselves in sexual crime trials and the Government of Indonesia should implementing the Government Regulation (PP) Number 70 of 2020 concerning Procedures for the Implementation of Chemical Castration to solve the problem of sexual crimes.
