Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana service quality pada Bank Danamon Cabang Sukabumi, mengetahui bagaimana Customer Satisfaction dan mengetahui seberapa besar service quality berpengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan Penentuan responden dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Teknik uji pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa service quality pada Bank Danamon Cabang Sukabumi dinyatakan cukup baik. Customer Satisfaction pada Bank Danamon Cabang Sukabumi dinyatakan cukup tinggi. Service quality berpengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction Bank Danamon Cabang Sukabumi berdasarkan hasil uji statistik yang menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
