Abstract

Business plan entitled "Hoshi Nori Tofu Business Plan" is a seaweed-themed food business combined with tofu and packaged in a ricebowl form. Inside the ricebowl there are rice mixed with seaweed flakes, then on top of it are the main product of Hoshi Nori Tofu wich are seaweed cut into small pieces given tofu batter that had been crushed and seasoned on seaweed and fried in hot oil. Hoshi nori Tofu's business is located in the city of Bandung, West Java because the city of Bandung is famous for its food and city. The target of Hoshi Nori Tofu's business is students, lecturers and staff at Maranatha Christian University, and subsequently Hoshi nori Tofu's business wants to reach the age of 12 - 50 years in the city of Bandung. Hoshi Nori Tofu's business uses marketing strategies through social media such as Instagram and the Word of Mouth (WOM) strategy. Hoshi Nori Tofu's business has an organizational structure consisting of Directors, Managers, Cashiers, waiters, and production employees who are each recruited according to their abilities and quality. Through the calculation of business investment feasibility of Hoshi Nori Tofu with the Net Present Value, Pay Back Period, Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods are feasible because the Net Present Value result is Rp. 217,000,261> 0 (positive), the Pay Back Period of the Hoshi Nori Tofu business is 5 months 1 day, which means an initial investment of Rp 19,439,940.00 will be recovered with a period of 5 months 1 day, and Pay Back Period> Pay The determined Back Period, the Profitability Index of Hoshi Nori Tofu's business is 12.16> 1 (Positive), and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is feasible because the IRR is 340.67%> the required IRR df = 20%. So by calculating the feasibility of the Investment that has been done, then the business of Hoshi Nori Tofu can be said to be feasible to run.
