Abstract
The small scale entrepreneurship is an activity that is so strategic that it needs a serious treatment from both the government and community. The purpose of promoting the small sclae entrepreneuship is to create an equal income and to increase the people’s income., thus improving the people’s welfare. The quality of a product will be determined by the values included in its design. One of the small scale industrial centers that has been successful in developing its business and has managed to export its handicrafts (Pandanus Leaf woven products) is located in Rajapolah sub-district, Tasikmalaya Regency. This centre is unique since it uses unique raw material (Pandanus Leaf) and weaving technique in producing its products. This centre has managed to produce various woven products that have aesthetic and use value. Supported by continuous product training, this industry has been able to anticipate the quality competition and has been able to survive and grow.
