Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. TT Metals Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 50 karyawan PT. TT Metals Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang dibantu dengan program SPSS (Statistical Package Sosial Science) Versi 22.0. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
