Abstract

Tugas Akhir ini memiliki topik Disribusi Informasi dalam Organisasi. Organisasi yang dimaksud disini adalah organisasi kecil seperti organisasi mahasiswa yang umumnya ada di setiap jurusan di sekolah tinggi. Distribusi Informasi ini terbatas pada komunikasi vertikal antar anggota diantaranya kalender kegiatan, Pengumuman, whistleblowing, artikel organisasi serta informasi data anggota yang lengkap dengan keahlian, pengalaman serta prestasi. Distribusi informasi dalam organisasi kecil umumnya tidak terdokumentasikan dengan baik, sehingga sulit bagi pengurus organisasi untuk merekap informasi. Hal ini menjadi masalah ketika kepengurusan berganti tangan atau ada pihak luar seperti alumni yang mencari anggota dengan keahlian tertentu. Untuk mengatasi masalah itu, tugas akhir ini dibuat dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi kolaborasi berbasis web.
