Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja adalah proses menetapkan parameter hasil untuk dicapai oleh program yang ada di DLTI Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Pengukuran berguna untuk mengetahui konstribusi DLTI Maranatha dalam menyelaraskan kinerja teknologi informasi dengan strategi DLTI Maranatha dan meningkatkan kualitas teknologi informasi agar visi dan misi DLTI Maranatha dapat tercapai. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator yang telah disesuaikan berdasarkan SLA. Hasil pengukuran kinerja tersebut akan digunakan sebagai penentuan kinerja teknologi informasi di DLTI Maranatha sebaga bahan evaluasi agar kinerja menjadi lebih baik.
