Abstract
The Amandment in the INsolvency Actis meant to be a better law and provide a sense of justice to the people. This paper will focus on the variety of creditors that mention in the Law number 37 Year 2004 regarding insolvency and restructuring. In addition there is a simple verivication principle regarding that the debitor have a minimum 2 creditor and either one has became due without further verification on the debt.
