Abstract

This research titled is Descriptive study of The Five-factor Mode of Personality for adolescent in their 15-18 years old, and the purpose is to obtain an overview of the five-factor models of personality and interrelated between the fifth trait, neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness at adolescents aged 15-18 years. Design of this research is descriptive. Target of population is adolescents aged 15-18 years and they are in their formal education. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, with a sample size of 225 adolescents. A study based on the Five-Factor Theory of Robert R. McCrae and Paul T. Costa. The measurement of this research was adapted from the Big Five Inventory (BFI) based on the concept of the above theory.
